As I find myself thinking about Earth Day, I consequently and immediately start to think about all the things I could do better to be greener or to be more self-dependent and less earth-dependent. I think a lot of us feel the same, but aren’t sure exactly what steps to start taking to help. Today my Yoga instructor, Libby, had a great idea to help us all be more Earth friendly. In order to celebrate the Earth and to really learn to appreciate it, we could all just make some time in our day to get out and enjoy the beauty and joy you get from nature. So take the time to make the time. It may not seem like you are really doing much for the Earth, but in order to want to conserve, we need to care.
Get out and discover something with someone today. IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY!!
