Would you love to get married late in August on a beautiful farm on the absolute prettiest day of the whole entire year?  Well, Jim and Nicole did just that.  Their ceremony and reception were both held at the always stylish and earthy Heritage Prairie Farm in Elburn, Illinois.  Some favorite details of the day were the lavender florals by Wallflower designs that were overflowing everywhere you looked.  The couple even added a cascading grape vine wreath of florals to their dance floor which perfectly accented the cake during dinner and the dancing later on for the party.

Nicole and Jim are both big cat people, so of course we got some cameos from Carl, the farm cat (he’s a bit of a celebrity around here).

Colors for the day included mauve, lavender, sage green, and ivory with a perfect accent of “sunset” courtesy of mother nature.
